Returns & Refunds Policy
At Liverpool Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during promotional events.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit jeansliverpool.com and log into your account.
- Navigate to “Order History” and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label and packing slip.
- Securely package the items and attach the return label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office or shipping provider.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order on jeansliverpool.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
